Heritage Senior Apartments
We are excited about this proposed 99 1-Bedroom senior-only development that will be located in Surprise, AZ. This property is expected to begin leasing in Early 2025 and is owned and managed by the Housing Authority of Maricopa County. Heritage Senior Living will have both program requirements, 62 years of age or older and income eligibility. This community will be adjacent to the forthcoming Multigenerational Community Resource Center that will serve the northwest valley.

Effective 7/1/2023, the Housing Authority of Maricopa County (HAMC) will receive names of potential prospects who would like to move-in to Heritage Senior Apartments. Please note the following:
- To be placed on the interest list an email address is required and users must place HAMC on its email safe list.
- Prospects added to the interest list will receive an email that will coincide with a general public announcement of a Heritage Senior Apartment Wait List Opening.
Note:
Names that are added to the interest list will:
- ONLY receive an email informing them that the waiting list for Heritage Senior Apartments is open
- NOT be added to the waiting list for the Heritage Senior Apartments
- NOT be given waiting list priority
- NOT be offered a unit at Heritage Senior Apartments
- NOT receive any further information on the Heritage Senior Apartments
- NOT manage names received on the interest list. Please do not call regarding status
